Fett knew there was an army of bounty hunters on Tatooine waiting to claim Solo’s bounty for their own and he chose to go to the planet Gall to repair his ship. He was stopped in his tracks by IG-88 and Fett’s ship was badly damaged in their battle. After leaving Bespin, Boba Fett attempted to deliver Solo to Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine. Shadows of the Empire effectively tells the story of the mercenary Dash Rendar as he helps the Rebellion attempt to retrieve Han Solo, who was frozen in carbonite.
